PADHIR PENI / CHIROTI

Ingredients Maida/Plain flour - 1 cup Rice flour - 2 tbsp Butter - 2 tbsp Sugar Powder - 1 cup Oil Cardamom Powder Water Method Firstly, in a mixing bowl add all purpose flour. Mix in 2 tbsp of oil/Ghee using your fingers until the flour resembles a bread crumbs texture. Now knead a dough by adding little by little water make sure that the dough should semi hard (neither soft nor hard), and rest the dough for sometime. Meanwhile, prepare sata i.e. 2tbsp of butter with 2 tbsp of rice flour, mix properly. Now, lets go back to the dough and divide into few equal parts(as shown in image) Roll each portion into thin chapati and spread the layer of  prepared sata on the chapati ( make sure that the sata should not be too liquid). EASY AND TASTY MILK POWDER BARFI

Ingredients Ghee - 1/3  cup  Milk - 1/2 cup  Milk Powder - 2 cups Powdered Sugar - 1 cup  Cardamom Powder  Dry Fruits to garnish Method Firstly, lets melt some ghee in the pan on low heat, once ghee is melted switch off the gas and  add milk to the pan and stir for sometime. Now lets add the main ingredient that is milk powder to the pan and stir continuously, make sure that there are no lumps formed . Lets switch on the gas and stir continuously for sometime and add in the sugar and cardamom powder into the pan. Keep stirring continuously for 15 to 20 mins depending the consistency of the milk in the pan, stir until the mixture thickens and start leaving the pan. Lastly its time to grease the tray with ghee and transfer the mixture and smooth the top with a spatula. 5 MINS CHOCO BREAD CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients White bread - 12 Slice whipped cream  Chocolate sauce water -  1 cup sugar - 4 tbsp Kitkat or Munch Chocolate for Cake border Method Firstly take the serving plate and spread the whipped cream to the base so that it will be easier to arrange the breads on the plate. Cut the edges of the bread slice. Now arrange the 4 breads that will the 1st layer of the breads on the plate and sprinkle with sugar syrup all over the bread slices. Now its time to spread the wipped cream or chocolate sauce evenly all over the layer. Continue the same method that is add on 2nd layer of bread slice above the chocolate sauce . Follow the same procedure for the third layer that will be the final layer of bread slice. Spread the chocolate sauce all over the bread evenly. Garnish the cake with your favorite toppings. CHOCOLATE CAKE USING ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS

Ingredients Left Over Biscuits - 2 cups Milk - 1 cup Baking soda - 1/2 tbsp Chocolate spread (Optional) Shredded chocolate ( Optional) Method Firstly transfer the biscuits to the jar and grind it for one minute until u get a fine powder. Now add milk to the jar and blend for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture to the separate bowl. Now its time to add final two ingredients to the mixture i.e 1/2 tbsp of baking soda and 1 tbsp of milk , now the smooth batter is ready. SHRIKHAND RECIPE|HOW TO MAKE ELACHI SHRIKHAND

INGREDIENTS Thick curd / Greek yogurt - 2 cups Powdered sugar - 1/4 cups Cardamom powder - 1 tsp Chopped nuts- 2 tbsp METHOD We need some hung curd (Thick curd) and let the water drain in a sieve for at least seven to eight hours in the refrigerator, prefer keeping in the refrigerator so that depending on the season if its summer or something it might just get some sourness. Now pass the Thick curd through the sieve for very smooth texture. Sieve powdered sugar to the curd . Now its time to add some cardamom powder to the mixture and give it a good stir and mix it properly. One can add the chopped nuts to the mixture right now and mix it properly or even garnish the nuts before serving.  NOTE Make sure that you serve it absolutely chilled. RAVA LADDU RECIPE | SAMOLINA LADDU

Ingredients: Rava/suji/ chiroti rava - 1 cup sugar - 1 cup cashew nuts- 1/4 cup Raisins - 2 tbsp Cardamom powder - 1/4 tbsp Ghee-1/4 cup Method: Heat ghee in a kadai and fry chopped cashew nuts and raisins , fry them until cashew nuts turn golden brown in color and raisins become plump , keep them aside. In the same kadai add rava and fry them until you get a nice aroma and roast then without burning or discoloring the rava and remove it to the plate set aside. Grind the sugar as we need powder sugar for this recipe. Mix the roasted rava and powdered sugar and leave them aside for sometime( half an hour). Add the fried nuts and cardamom powder to the above mixture. Melt the ghee and add it to the above mixture and mix properly. Now all set to make yumm ladoos we need to make small laddu out of this mixture, hold the laddos tightly so that it wont break if we arrange in the box. Ingredients Leftover cake Ganache/butter cream - 3 tbsp Coco powder - 2 tbsp Bowl of sprinkles Method Firstly, crush leftover cake into fine crumbs as much as you can. Now its time to add 2-3 tbsp leftover ganache from the cake or buttercream to the fine crumbs and form a stiff dough using this mixture.  Take a small sized portion from the dough and bind it or roll it like a laddu to form a cake pops. Now roll each balls in cocopowder and set aside, cake pops are ready to have tastes delicious.
