CAKE POPS
Ingredients
- Leftover cake
- Ganache/butter cream - 3 tbsp
- Coco powder - 2 tbsp
- Bowl of sprinkles
Method
- Firstly, crush leftover cake into fine crumbs as much as you can.
- Now its time to add 2-3 tbsp leftover ganache from the cake or buttercream to the fine crumbs and form a stiff dough using this mixture.
- Take a small sized portion from the dough and bind it or roll it like a laddu to form a cake pops.
- Now roll each balls in cocopowder and set aside, cake pops are ready to have tastes delicious.
- Its time to add colors to the balls that is by rolling cake pops in colorful sprinkles, ready to have tasty and easy cake pops.
