CHOCOLATE CAKE USING ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS
Ingredients
- Left Over Biscuits - 2 cups
- Milk - 1 cup
- Baking soda - 1/2 tbsp
- Chocolate spread (Optional)
- Shredded chocolate ( Optional)
Method
- Firstly transfer the biscuits to the jar and grind it for one minute until u get a fine powder.
- Now add milk to the jar and blend for 30 seconds.
- Transfer the mixture to the separate bowl.
- Now its time to add final two ingredients to the mixture i.e 1/2 tbsp of baking soda and 1 tbsp of milk , now the smooth batter is ready.
- One can bake the cake using microwave oven or cooker
cooker on the Tawa cover the lid & bake at low flame for 40 mins.
OR
*Transfer the mixture to the microwave safe pan and bake for 10 mins.
- Check using toothpick whether the cake is baked completely.
- Transfer the cake to the plate and pour the chocolate spread on the cake and garnish with shredded chocolate.
