CHOCOLATE CAKE USING ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS


Ingredients
  • Left Over Biscuits - 2 cups
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chocolate spread (Optional)
  • Shredded chocolate ( Optional)
Method
  • Firstly transfer the biscuits to the jar and grind it for one minute until u get a fine powder.
  • Now add milk to the jar and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Transfer the mixture to the separate bowl.
  • Now its time to add final two ingredients to the mixture i.e 1/2 tbsp of baking soda and 1 tbsp of milk , now the smooth batter is ready.
  • One can bake the cake using microwave oven or cooker 
           *Transfer the mixture to the cooker on the butter paper and spread uniformly , place the
             cooker on the Tawa cover the lid & bake at low flame for 40 mins.
                                                   OR
           *Transfer the mixture to the microwave safe pan and bake for 10 mins.
  • Check using toothpick whether the cake is baked completely.
  • Transfer the cake to the plate and pour the chocolate spread on the cake and garnish with shredded chocolate.
